Medic Footprints are a support organisation providing ideas and information for doctors wishing to pursue alternative careers and achieve career satisfaction. They organise an annual Alternative Careers & Wellbeing Conference with lectures, seminars and workshops, including the ACW Awards.
This year, the ACW Awards finalists include Dr. Gary Smyth, who has been nominated for Diversified Medic of the Year.
Dr. Smyth has long been an ally of CAM therapies and integrated medicinal approaches. He is a firm supporter of homoeopathy and integrative medicine and we wish Gary the best of luck. The CAM community as a whole benefits from the efforts and determination of Dr. Smyth so please support him.

Holistic healthcare believes the body has an innate intelligence which actively seeks balance throughout every cell in the body to ensure optimal functioning and healthy responses. The desire to work as a CAM Professional is a continual journey, and not entirely dissimilar to the on-going journey faced by people every day who struggle to live within the active and whole parameters of healthy living.
